81 KZ750 LTD 2 Piece Seat > 83 1 Piece???

Let's try this again. Typed up a big post and for whatever reason it did not post correctly. I have a 1981 KZ750 LTD (H?) with the 2 piece seat. I found a few threads on here with some stating a 1 piece seat from a 1983 KZ 750 LTD or from a KZ650 CSR would fit, but not finding any thing definitive. Has anyone done this swap? I hate......HATE the 2 piece that is on my LTD. I would prefer to not have to fab something, but find a drop on replacement. Hoping this post will find a solution for me and maybe help others. This isn't definitive, but in your pics the mounts look identical. the 750H-Ltd and 650-csr frames are identical or almost, and these models share a number of parts. 5 or 6 of them have the same 1-piece seat.
