Ride on the beach and get sand in your "parts"! I'd rather sit on the sidelines and watch for "sand carp" all afternoon but count me in anyway!

Mop- my season ends end of October-mid November, and starts up early April (if I'm brave enough). Living in Northwestern Ontario definitely makes for a short season haha.

If I wasn't 1500 km's north-west of Toronto, I would love to take part in this ride. I'll be there in spirit.

Paris Swap meet feature bike this year is the Z1 to mark the 40th anniversary... there will be a ton of Z1's in the show and on the grounds.

I'm seriously thinking of joining the local (London) section of the CVMG and wondering if other KZ owners are members ?

Got out today to a local CVMG Meet in Gormley Ontario.
Saw a few Zs too!
Then went for a ride with some of them.
Great weather and bikes.

Some even members here. Good to see Dave, Mark and others.

Well I told myself I wasn't going to go this year, but I haven't been out on the bike enough so decided to go.
Was a 450 km round trip ride, and had a good time.
A little cool, and some drizzle on the way down.
Even had a chance to ride with some Hells Angels at times, by accident.
Did some passing at slow spots, and when I pulled back into the long lines, I found myself in the midst of some Hells Angels.
They didn't seem to mind riding with a 35 year old Kawasaki, I think.
Lots of custom Harleys.
Didn't see any other KZs. Closest was a ZR-7S.

Thanks for posting the pics Rob. Some interesting and obviously expensive choppers. I love the pic of the bike with the big fan :laugh: I see you managed to park near main street so thinking crowds were down. Your bike looks great.

Last time I went and I swore it would be the last It was wall to wall HD / V twin which after a while they all look the same to me but you caught a few gems and had a good ride which is the important thing.
