Woman must stay.... there are many good things which outweigh a few cardboard boxes laying around in the garage.
So home again for a few days. Hope to get something done.
Good luck with that bro. My wife has very dif priorities than i do. Hers seem to be ahead of mine right now. So my project sits.:S
I concurr....Polishing the aluminum is cheap, which is why there is so much of it done. When the accountant releases funding, I buy parts.
No Funding, I polish parts...:S

Sometimes you make progress in inches, sometimes in yards, seems like it is inches lately, so here is the rebuilt petcock installed. Tumbled in a brass tumbler, and all cleaned up looks brand new.
Time to head back to work, but I did get a small section of 630 chain to test the fit, and clearance around the modified countersprocket cover, it all looks good, and thanks to mark I should have no rub issues on the inside frame rail, as the roller will calm the slapping down.
Paul....heee heee...the VFR is now officially "on Deck". Lets get that thing rollin!!

Once the bike is rolling, I will put the lighting on.
It's so close and only 800 miles away.
Now while in Washington I took in a sporting game with my sister who has the season tickets to the football team here.
Of course I did it in motorcycle fashion, holding a get well soon Valentino Rossi sign, which my sister made for me.
The football fans did not understand, nor did the camera guy who kept putting me on the big stadium screen, as I danced around holding the sign.
The fans around me kept asking who is Valentino Rossi, so i tried to sway them away from the football gaming and into the Moto GP world.
Then we jumped over the wall onto the field and got a photo with what they call the "quarterback person" I guess he is some kind of football bigshot, he did not know valentino either but gave me a photo anyway!!
Remember Motorcycle racing needs "two" balls....the football gaming only 1.
