If I can keep working, then I'll have a complete bike by April. I still need to get the rest of my cylinder head parts together and another $400 for cams before I send my head to Larry C. Then I need gaskets, seals, offset sprocket, chain, timing chain, carbs and several other miscellaneous parts to get the engine together. I'm trying Tyler, I'm trying :silly:

BTW, the clamp that Irishwill sent me to try took about two weeks to get to my house. Looks good. Are you going to have it anodized?

I plan to have it anodized Josh, and I will probably go with black. It will accent nicely against the bronze anodizing of the fork legs. I had though about doing a different color like red or gold, but I think it would end up looking out of place. Tomorrow I'll get the front tire mounted and start praying it doesn't take 2 weeks to get my triple clamps B)

Are you going to be able to get your head to Larry before his work cutoff? It would seem to influence your planned finish in April.

I don't know if I can or not. I still need valves before I can send the head to him, and I don't have a ton of time left. I think I'll give him a call tomorrow and see if I can get away without the cams. If so, then I should be able to pull it off.

Uhhhhh, yeah, sure I can guys. Lemme just whip up some valves on the ol harbor frieght 3 in 1 machine :woohoo: I was stumped a little, as I had called Kibblewhite and they do not make 37mm J model stainless valves. I need to find another appropriate supplier.
