Haven’t looked at rubber intake yet going to replace anyway. Issue with 4th cylinder ended up being the slide in that carb not lifting with other 3 until about 1/3 throttle. Sprayed some WD40 down from top and freed it up bike ran great. Need to investigate that further.

Don’t forget the engine mount brackets, the upper steering clamp (triple tree), the gauge mount. Take a picture of the steering tube sticker

Took pic of frame sticker. Believe it or not the top tree is almost perfect.

Get a new set of stickers from Rick Brett at,kawaparts@aol.com
He makes you two new VIN stickers incase you mess up the first one. I've bought two different sets of VIN stickers from him.
The second set wasn't for a KZ but for a 78' KL 250 because the sticker was basically the same as a 78' KZ sticker. Now I can sandblast the KL frame and paint it without having to protect the VIN sticker. And don't forget the side stand.

Looks good!  Did you do it yourself?
I have several restored bikes along with a 2006 Goldwing with a sidecar. My wife has a 2019 Suzuki DR 650 for on and off road.
