I saw this bike for sale a few years ago, and wonder where it went. It is GPz550.
For my Brother's 50th Birthday 2 years ago, we went to Sacramento Raceway to have some fun runs on Grudge Night. He on his 2001 Suzuki 1200 Bandit, and me on my 1985 GPz550 Race Bike. Believe me it is not as easy as it looks, and I could never beat him. Later I found a loose connection to one of my coil wires, and that's why the shift light never works. Over 100 degree temps made it difficult to wait in line wearing full leathers.
I am in the far lane:
I recommend everyone give this a try.

No there are not a lot of dragracers here. And the old Z1-KZ's are headed to the Nostalgia circuits.
But guys enjoy looking at them. I washed my old project off, started making a back fender to flow up front from the back, mocked it up with rivets, was in my head for about 10 years :S :S Been a lot of priorities going on.
Just took this pic yesterday. It's cool to see the Z-rod sitting lower than the Old FLH
