Friend had this one 90's could never get it streetable. It had n injector on it.

I SOLD OUT! THE KAW BARN IS EMPTY.
More room for The Old Girl, Harley 75 FLH Electra Glide,
Old faithful! Points ign. Bendix Orig. carb.
Starts everytime!

The old LTD's had a rear caliper like that from the factory.....although I think you're right about that one....looks like a Z1 front caliper.
