But i cant see how that would be possible, since the diameter on the spacer (that sits between the bearings) is 16mm. And I cant use the spacer from the z1000j, since that spacer is 4mm shorter than the one from gpz.
Or am i missing something here?

I thought to use the chain sprocket from z1000j, The Rubber fitted well, However it seems not to be possible either, since it differs 3 mm on how deep the chain sprocket goes between original and gpz.

Sorry if i am getting everything wrong or doesn't understand correctly.

The problem is you used a 750cc rear wheel. If you study the Kawasaki parts diagrams and compare bearing and axle sizes youd see they went with a larger axle on 900cc+ bikes. I think the swingarm pivot is smaller on 750 and smaller bikes too.

To use that wheel you can probably use the 750 axle and machine T shaped bushings to make up the space in the axle adjusters

Check the chain sizes too.

Thats my own thoughts as well. The problem is that i bought a wheel set from 750 from the beginning, and I belive it will be more easier to just buy a wheel from a 900 or a 1100 directly.

Yes.

In the parts diagrams Kawasaki lists hardware sizes and alot of times bearing numbers. Take those bearing numbers and look up the dimensions, then compare withe the donor bike.

Good luck!

I am buying this instead Gpz1100

Would i be able to use the sprocket Carrier from my z1000 or do i need to buy a sprocket Carrier from the gpz as well?

You should read the "Projects" forum here. Tons of threads on those swaps.
