Hey! Are any of you guys going interested in my old Boge Muholland rear shocks? I just replaced them with Ikons and have no need to hang on to them.

Im gonna be the oddball (probably would be,even on my Kawasaki). haha
No surprise there, right?
Did Les and Lawrence push this storm out of their way, or did they jump in the middle of the storm for the whole drive? Got some solid lightning this am.I love watching storms blow through on the porch, as long as there is some coffee.
Im polishing up the trike and should be headed to Z Lake mid afternoon.
Thank you to all involved and who kept this going, Be there or be Square folks.

Trout. Are the Boge version rebuildable. If so I’d be interested. I have my 1976 Kz900 LTD up next for a mechanical restoration. Mullhollands were stock on that LTD also
Rebuildable? That depends on who you talk to. I did post a few weeks ago asking for suggestions on new shocks. If you check that out you will see there are some who say they can be rebuilt (basically anything can be rebuilt if you really want to). I don't think they were meant to be rebuilt though and would have to be cut open and welded back shut after rebuild. That kind of stuff is not for me. Let me know if you want them and I will bring them with me.

If they are sealed cartridge then they are not. They need to have a nut on top of the cartridge then they are.

Be kind to everyone and most will be kind to you.Feeling a bit trepidatious about tomorrow. People of certain political leanings tend to have strong feelings about people like me, so I hope that if I do show we can keep it civil and just talk bikes. I've been turning this over in my head for a few weeks now, and I'm still not sure.
Most people have opinions on politics and religion, keep your opinions to yourself, you cannot change anyone, it only causes problems.

Your willingness to help other on this forum says a lot about YOU. I’m hopeful you will show. I know Streetfighter feels the same. We have a common interest, vintage Kz bikes. I say we stay on that topics, toss in the weather once in a while, tell stories about the dumb stuff we all have done. Get to put a face to a name and enjoy the fact regardless of leanings we have the freedom here in America to do these kind of things.Feeling a bit trepidatious about tomorrow.
