Looking great!! really strange that the bottom pin was an issue, probably easier to locate the top pin as people can see the top hole easily but don’t bend over to see if the bottom one is located just keep moving the lower housing until it goes into the hole🤪
I will have to check with Wookie to see if the private message section is working so I can get your email address and I can send you some cash via PayPal unless you don’t mind putting your email on here?
Thanks again,
Rich

I have no worries of the funds! Just want to first make the finished product speak for itself for proper application and presentation. We're gifted with the USPS, keeps getting more expensive and inexplicitly less efficient everyday, why? Nobody seems to have an answer. I do because i know several actual "carriers" but that answer would be profane and we aren't here for policy. I'm a computer dummy Rich, seems counterintuitive though because i excelled at digital electronics in my youth. This was back in the days of TTL and the innovation of it's lower consumption CMOS chips. Probably hard pressed to find anyone that remembers the ole Intel 8080 microprocessor, ha. I'll catch-up with You once i'm Happy with my product, won't be long..

Some stuff Rich. Have been fussing with/gathering the best bits, and drinking beer the whole time, gotta be proud of me. Some persons hide it, i revel in it, ha. Some relevant crap that will be applied. Note the Biggest issue with the On/Off/On switch is the "ramp" of lower housing. It gets decayed by the singular ball bearing making its way up/down but often rusted. This just saws-away at the 3 detents. The ones i'm including are fine as rain. Also building You a wiring harness with proper exposed colors for assembly. And never said i was super fancy. Testors enamel red is a balls-on color replacement for the "arrow" of engine switch, just have to know a little goes a long way. Won't be long now...

Awesome work 😁 the beers obviously help creativity, I had better grab one as I am in the process of mounting my number plate, so need inspiration to make it sit better 😂 OCD definitely setting in. Now making a bracket to go over the original mount so the new plate hangs nicely below the light 🤪

Clay, they are looking fantastic 😁
Yes, the tag is a legit plate, I bought it a couple of years ago and registered it for the bike. I also have Fixx1t on my work van 😁

Very interesting registration plate, probably some built-in thingy that a sweep cop camera can capture? Tech is good but too much is infringement. Are You sure YOU need two completed sets of the Right hand side? I can but seems You already have one functional, so maybe just needing the bits without a completed harness?

They are looking fab, yes agree, 1 complete r/h and one bits will be perfect please , and the left hand 2 sets will be awesome , as the one on the bike is wrong and for a later year.
Regarding the plate, the letters are reflective so can easily be seen at night. They did do silver letters up to Xmas but the police had problems reading them 😩
Rich .

Getting a licenes plate like yours with those short individual letter or number combo is inpossible here in Germany!!!
We are bound to our local district and only export bikes/cars are allowed to get a low digt letter/number combo.
Some kind of letter/ number combination like SS, SA,, AH, HJ, KZ, "Addy´s" birthdate or like blood and honor numbers are stricly forbiden!!!
An Indian Swastika (looks like a "Hakenkreuz") is a No-Go here, and we, the Germans have the wordwide only "Suicide" no Speed limit "Autobahn" Highways, insane......
So for me, i´m very happy to have my short license pate till i´m dying, un-registered or sold my bike......
What a stupid world......

Great video
, I did the Autobahn a few years ago, such fun !!! we are lucky over here with the plates, only you cannot have something that is classed as offensive, but if you find one that you like on the "kiwiplates" website, you can buy it and transfer onto your vehicle. Cars can have 1-6 letters/numbers, and bikes can have 1-5 letters/numbers.
You can sometimes find a plate on our auction site "Trade Me", and can sometimes find one really cheap.
Rich.
