Regarding the pilot plugs, the cheapest path is to buy some Suzuki rubber plugs, and modify them as needed. Those aluminum plugs wookie posted, look great, but not sure how much the total price would be, with delivery included.

Frustratingly, this forum doesn't have a private message feature. It sucks. Mod Wookie is pretty good about providing behind the scenes email addresses though, so just comment to him, and he'll hook us up.
I am only using the K&L kits at the moment for the rebuild. I know you have your o-ring kits. How do you PM someone on this forum? I can’t find it.
Checked my spares box, and the only pieces I have, have the top broken off. I could lathe a set, but they won't be cheap.
I only lost one, but they all look pretty sad. So one for sure, but wishlist is to replace all four:-)How many do you need?
BTW, where are you getting all the various O-rings for the carbs? And be sure to ungang the carbs during your rebuild. I guarantee that the O-rings on the fuel Tee and transfer tubes are hard as a rock, and the only way to renew them, is to break the set apart.

It is an issue with some European suppliers (effects us in the UK as well since Brexit) that they don't want the hassle of the additional "customs" paperwork etc for international shipping. If you decide you want them we have a member in Germany that has helped members with this situation and may reach out to offer his assistance.
