A cycle shop that uses a screwdriver to pull a seal? gee.

After you learn to do the first one, the second fork will be easy.

Hi Folks,

I'm about to overhaul the fork seals of the KZ650C1 I just purchased. Indeed I noticed the bottom allen screws spin.. from all your posts I now understand why! I'll use a fat metal rod to keep it from spinning.

I have used a cut off broom stick. Much depends on the top of the internals of the forks. On some bikes the wood 'grabs' the internals better.
