Leon,
Don't know how I missed this thread before. Fantastic job! That's pretty damn innovative if I do say so myself!

popssss,
i stood next to the swingarm, lathe and mill with dial calipers and measured and machined everything as i went.i didn't write anything down or draw prints.
i measured and then machined.
show your machinest my post and give him a 03 zx636 swingarm and a kz 1000 swingarm to measure and he will be able to fill in the blanks.
not tryin to be a smart a$$ just bein honest.
lemme know if i can help you.
boostable,
thanks for the kind words man.
i mistakingly called the post zx9 to kz conversion to start with, because i had assumed that was what i had.
you know what they say about assuming :pinch: .
after i had a very patient kzrider member send me two different year model zx9 swingarms  . i went back to the gentleman i had converted the original one for and found out that it was an 03 zx636 swinger, dohhh!
so i have gone back through this post and tried to correct my mistake  .
have you got that zx10 frontend mounted yet buddy?
leon

You know I do!!! I will be working on the beast this weekend and will update with some pics. I have had a few new goodies come in to. The 900 has been taking some of my time, but I have her running pretty damn good now, so I can get back to the matter at hand.
Once again... great job!
