I know they just changed hands and the new mob seems keen to help out previous buyers but after a while I still have no joy.
Has anyone dealt with the new owners, if so what was the outcome?
Before someone writes in laughing their heads off for using JMC, I gullibly believed the previous wanker with the 20 weeks delivery, I'm already feeling down about this so don't jab me with sharp pencils - back to the naughty corner.

Years ago I considered a JMC swingarm for one of my KZ1000 project bikes but I heard of too many "horror" stories like yours. Instead, I purchased a new and unused Suzuki Bandit 1200 swingarm on Fleabay for $42.00 delivered, had a pal machine a spacer so that I can use the stock KZ1000 swingarm pivot bolt, and purchased PMC shock/swingarm mounts to be welded onto the swingarm.

but I made that after waiting for a while for JMC to build one, I stated 18months but to be honest 26 is closer.
I am in touch with a government guy in the UK and he appears to be helping BUT there is still no swingarm. I might add that the new mob are not under any obligation to do anything but it would be nice if they took my previous payments (to previous JMC) into consideration.
Thats why I was hoping someone made a recent purchase from this new mob and let me know if they are better then the previous JMC.

Nobody i know here will touch JMC with with a pointy stick.
Don't think you'd get a result even if you lived next door to them.
Get an xjr13 swinger if you want the JMC look and weld on some bits of slabby gixer subframe if you want matching bracing.

to swingarm, me
Hi, I have ordered a JMC swingarm from John Mc Carten when he owned JMC,
obviously even though I paid most of the costs I still have no
swingarm. I know you are not responsible for what happened but from
Mike Robert’s email (attached) you might be able to help out. If you can help
email me please.
regards
John Witt
Kawsaki Z1R swingarm with special adapters
Hi John
Abbey are currently compiling a letter to all customers detailing their
takeover of JMC. (This may feature within the JMC website which has also
been taken over) The letter will have contact details as below. I
suggest you try to contact Tony Edge for a response to your concerns. I
am aware that Abbey are to offer discounts for swingarms already ordered
from JMC - although as an independent business from the old JMC, they
have no liability or responsibility to do so.
