Would a Z1R 18" front wheel bolt onto an MKII?

1980 LTD 1000..,1976 LTD 900, have the 1000&900 now. the rest are previous= 1978 KZ 650 B.., 1980 Yamaha XT 500..,1978 Yamaha DT 400.., 1977 Yamaha yz 80..,Honda trail ct 70.., Honda QA 50...5-1/2 hp brigs & straton CAT chopper mini bike...3-1/2 hp mini bike (WHEN GAS WAS ABOUT 45 CENTS A GALLON)!!!!

Yes they do, but not a bolt-on to anything else really. Here's a 1300 front wheel that I used on another project. They are wider at the hub. This is mounted to KZ1000 Police forks/triples, and I had to do machine work on a Concours axle to make it work.

That came out real nice, what was the gold paint you used, I have a couple of the 1300 wheels as well, going to match them to the 2.5 inch rear of the 1000P...

Did you need to alter the rear spacers at all or was the 2.5 inch 1000p wheel a straight swap, I'm new to these old Kawasaki's....

The kz650s used a smaller diameter rear axle (17mm) than the kz900/1000, and kz750 twins (20mm I believe).
What diameter are the 750/4s rear axle?
