I personally would not want to run that wheel at speeds. Shows signs of deep fractures on a CAST wheelTyrell Corp wrote: How bad is this? it runs true.
If steel or forged I would give fixing it a try.
Could only imagine going deep into a fast corner and having it fail

You can pick up new/used wheels for very affordable prices. I'd look for a new wheel and swap it out next tire change.

The other issue is testing it, as a minimum dye testing but preferably x ray. Unless I did that I'd never fully trust it. I think I'll pass on it.

We have welded boat props and they have worked like new, why not a sturdy bike rim.
