Question: GPz rearset pegs on 750E?

Where did you order the shift lever pivot stud from? Mine is worn making the whole operation floppy, I'd probably be best to replace the shift lever too. I don't see it on Partzilla.comNessism wrote: Looks like I'm responding to myself...yet again.
At any rate, I'm all in on the swap. Ordered up pegs, brake lever, shift lever pivot stud, shift lever assembly, and even a sprocket cover with stud.
I'm scratching my head about that black cover with stud already attached (that's the one I bought). It's the early style cover. Kawasaki changed the shape for the '82 GPz model, which carried forward with the KZ750L model, and it's those are the models that had the rearset pegs. What model KZ used the old style cover but rearset pegs?

I found a NOS stud on ebay. Not cheap. I've got a spare stud from the ebay engine cover I'll part with. It doesn't appear to have ever been used. Send me a PM if you want to discuss obtaining it.

Some before and after photos. Used my zinc plating kit to redo the parts, and urethane paint on the brackets. Really happy with how it turned out.
