Well that idea hit the bin,the piece I thought was the right size is oversize both ways :S .I have bushings from the GS750 arms to,the right ID but the walls look to be 1mm bigger  I got a guy who could weld it up at work but nobody I know has a lathe.Well at least not in the Victoria area :(

There are a LOT of KZ750 swingarms on ebay which use the same sleeve. How about contacting some sellers and ask them to pull the sleeve and inspect it for wear? I'd also ask them if they will reduce the shipping cost if you bought the whole assembly but only shipped you the (lighter) parts you need.

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationWhat about these? Do they replace the needle bearings?Would still need a new sleeve right?Looks like it would replace the seal?Seems odd that it fits the old smokes and the GPz/KZ's

I keep forgetting the KZ750 twins,I think that's what the bronze bushings are for. Speaking of the twins I found these for the 83/4 twin belt drives and later 1000/1100's.The pivot bolt and seals are the same PN as the 82 GPz750 so if I cut my sleeve as a spacer and it should be good to go..At 1/2 the $$ of the other kit it's easier on the finances.
If someone knows the width of bearing on this list

I'd like to know.Suspect they may be wider than the 16mm of the HK2216 that the fiche conveniently tells me they are.Have no problem installing wider bearings.

No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationI ended up buying this
the bolt is the same spec as the GPz,so are the seals and bearings.Pretty sure it will fit right in.

Looking at the 78-9 KZ 750 fiche the needle bearings are the same HK2216 the GPz has so the OD is 22mm .OK there isn't an extra seal on the twin. The pivot bolt number of the twins is 33032-047,the KZ650-750's is 33032-050 and the GPz's PN is 33032-1028.The same 33032 makes me think they're all the same basic bolt with the second number denoting a different finish, the GPz and later KZ750 bolts have a black finish and the others are silver. That long winded explanation ends us up with a 16mm ID to fit the 16mm x 310mm pivot bolt.Yes I have been thinking about this A LOT ;)
Just a funny story I ordered this pivot bolt out of Potsdam(A famous suburb of Berlin) Germany. The sleeve is coming from Berlin to,Berlin Connecticut.Add in that my German heritage and it all strikes me as being funny as heck.

I'll measure my bushings when I get home. I screwed up one drilling it so the 16mm hole is sloppy. Do you still have your old one/ I may be interested in it to cut and make a new bushing out of it.

It won't work. I've got 20mm OD and 16mm ID. Hold on to it, Jeff may be able to turn it on his lathe that is unless it's too hard.
