Anyone know the exact width at the spline of the stock 630 front sprocket...?

I'm going with the 520 conversion, the 650 rear sprocket has a 74mm diameter center hole, the Kz 750 has an 80mm center, don't know if they would fit anyway.... ;)

Yep, I'm all over it, the 520 front I've ordered has an 8.5mm center boss, once I get them in my hand I can measure everything and sort it all out.. ;)

Well the 520 sprockets arrived, I also ordered a EK heavy duty 520 chain. I pulled the sprocket cover off and removed the stock 630 chain and sprockets, to my surprise, the center of the ZXR400 front sprocket is the same width as the 630, no spacers needed, the 17 inch front sprocket is a tight fit but theres just enough room, this will be the easiest conversion ever... The bad news is that I found the bottom rear engine mount bolt had been broken and never replaced , its actually still in the frame but the left side end has been snapped off and just left, the engine has dropped a little on the mount , top mount bolt has a small bow in it, so i'll need a new bolt, nut and washer before it all goes back together, glad i found that... Also, the front sprocket retaining washer was fitted correctly but the sprocket nut was loose...!! Why are people so slap happy when working on anything mechanical...? Anyway, these are all easy fixes, just got to wait for some more parts....

Its quite hard to see exactly what i need on the parts fiche, can someone confirm I'm getting the right parts please...? The parts are 92001B and 92015... Thanks

Hard to tell, but the 92001-1622 engine mount bolt is a M10x225.
What i assume is the lower bolt 92001-1623 is a M10x250.
At least according to cmsnl and Partzilla

Well I ordered both rear mount bolts, the top one had been carrying all the weight and had bent.
