Other than that I'm just going to cut mine and weld in a piece of metal to extend it out.

looks good except im not sure about rear fender, doesnt really match radius of rear tire being that far back.have you thought about eliminating rear fender?looks good though!
I was going to suggest the same thing. I actually prefer the cleaner look of no fender, but if it's done right it probably would look really good. I really like the overall look of that bike...it is awesome! That is the exact syle I am going for during my current rebuild. I even have the same header, a 180 rear tire, a gold chain, plan on using shocks with the extended swingarm (no struts), and want to slide the forks up in the triple tree. I'm also having my seat reworked to be like the gunfighter. I hope mine looks as nice when I'm all done!! Great Job!!

cool, keep up good work!I have a little bit of work to do with the fender, still trying to figure out the right angle. I want to leave it on there cause it fills the gap between tire and tail which looks funny if left empty, and the biggest reason is no one else takes the time to do it and the first thing they do is just eliminate the fender. So I have to be a little different. You know? The bike is still very dirty haven't had a chance to clean just yet. So the pics will get a little better.
