Will hopefully get motor out and apart in the next week or so. Perhaps I'll take photo's of the internals and just post them here..

Haha.. Okay despite the name difference, the manual I had is the exact same as the "GPZ" one just downloaded.. :laugh: (even in exact size)

Hi all, also posted this under the Techinal part, but for those following this thread - please note the pictures below; hope someone might help..

this is the amount of slack on my 750 four Primary chain, does anyone perhaps know what might be causing the slack?

hey Zollie, as the chain wears it stretches. There is a wear limit ( length ) in the manual. If it is longer than that length its buggered :(

Dave you are correct.

The maximum length is 1.4% stretch.
