Would soak advancer and bolt with PBBlaster and allow to soak, overnight.
Next, remove small bolt, counter-clockwise, from end of crankshaft. The advancer and related parts should come off the crankshaft and into your hand.

So got the bolt out but didnt drop into my hand frozen solid in there does it come off the shaft?
