hmm, considering getting an extra set of rims and putting off road endurocross tires on them for those days that I don't want to ride on the street.

The work that remains is to replace the fork seals, change the brake pads and change the oil, all of which are within my abilities.
Question: While pushing the bike around, it feels like I'm fighting the front brakes, so it's possible something's going on up there. Any thoughts on what might be wrong? I'm thinking I may need to overhaul the calipers?

Is it bad that I fell asleep reading a shop manual and dreaming of all the stuff I could do to this bike?
All I need now is more time to work on the bike...
