Air corrector jets for Mikuni VM 24, 26 and 28mm round slide Mikunis.

Tap is 5mm x 0.8mm pitch .
It is the stock course M5 pitch found on all normal metric 5mm bolts etc.
Number 2 tap is the tap to use to do it in one hit.
If you have a full set of Starting ,2nd and bottoming taps you could use the full set if you wish but there's no need.

Hey guys,
I have just installed the air correcting jets from from Zed , and yes they work, better idle , better off idle ,bike no longer feels boggy when I roll the throttle it just picks up wanting to go lol. Worth the money, and I’m glad I got them.

Replying here so it get back to the top and Zed1015 gets his due... I just installed the air correctors, I'm waiting on the carb rebuild kits but just want to comment on how easy they were to install in the carb bodies... I tapped them short, threaded in the new air corrector and counted how many threads I still needed to get them seated just recessed below the carb mouth... Removed air corrected and tapped deeper and repeated till they seated tight and just below flush... Don't be for scared little bunny wabbit!!!! easy peasy…. Thanks Zed!!!

I've been following this thread and really thinking about doing this mod. I've been afraid that I'd never get the holes drilled straight without a drill press. Now reading this again, there is NO DRILLING REQUIRED!

The tracking info they provide is a bit sporadic with the updates and sometimes shows the item sat in the UK then suddenly out for delivery in the US the next day.
Saying that, the delivery has been between 6 days and about 2 weeks so far depending on which part of the country they are heading.
A set I sent at the same time as yours was delivered to Illinois yesterday.
Haven't had a package go missing yet.. Fingers crossed..

Im sorry man, on this end it tells me Great Britton and nothing else, If Its in ILL. it should be 3 more days. We've had a couple days of great 40 degree weather! Colorado is on the western edge of central America. Im just over the bump.

Yeah! Tracking still shows yours still in the UK but the others that went over the counter at the same time to illinois have been delivered and another to North Carolina out for delivery so that can't be right ?
I've been waiting nearly a month for some parts from Florida and the tracking says they have been here in the UK for over a week and England is only 600 miles long .
The weather here typical wet and cold as usual.
We have some relatives in Texas and Florida , I keep thinking I should give them a visit and then lose my passport so I can't come back :lol:
