The build has been like a hobby of its own. u just tinker and let it evolve into your own personal thing, at your own pace.
Very gratifying.
Who knows what will happen next. I view this bike about like mark1122 does his. I plan on keeping her for a while, and there will be a slow progression.

Very gratifying, and very personal. It becomes YOUR bike, and no one elses. No one can really appreciate the blood, sweat and swear words that go into building a machine like this like the builder can, or one of the few that has done something like it.

Well, Dr Evil has been working in his underground lair again, and I felt compelled to post some progress tonight. I spent what little time I had over the weekend polishing bullet connectors and prepping to install the electrics.
Here's the main panel mounted to the new battery box:
Dyna box and my new fuse panel:

Now on to the mechanical stuff. Last week, I dragged my top clamp to work and milled out a little stock from the bottom. It's not much, but it does give me about 1/4" more height in the front. I will have to pull it back off, and I'll try and snap a pic of the underside when I do.
Old crusty bolt that I used to pull off my stuck rotor. Take note 9am53, that missing chrome is from some determined banging whilst trying to remove that rotor before I broke out the impact gun.
New shiny bolt:
I put a couple of coats of high temp paint on my exhaust:
And I got my chain on:

looks good. what fuse box is that? I should upgrade mine too I think. Did you buy a new wiring harness or rewire yourself or?
Some of my old wires have corrosion inside them, so gotta do something.

Porchev is right, I got the fuse box from Del City: www.delcity.net/
They do have a minimum order of $25, and that little fuse box was only like $6. I spent the rest of my $25 ordering heat shrink tubing, and ox guard. They have a really nice selection of heat shrink, and it comes in 3 foot lengths.
My wiring harness is the original, but I stripped off the old heat shrink. I'm cleaning out all of the connectors, and checking all circuits. Then I'll re-cover it with the heat shrink I bought at Del City. No coil mod for me. Any wires found to be "resistant" will be replaced.

You probably just have a different combination since your bike is later than mine. What I was trying to illustrate is the fact that I beat the living fertilizer out of that bolt, and my stuck rotor didn't come off. Until I put the old impact gun on it. I ain't no small boy either, I hit that thing hard.
