I'm using 41mm forks and the lower triple from a YZF600R. The bar mounts can be reversed and have eccentric inserts for fine tuning the position.

I have a SuperMax mill with a mx2 ProtoTrak controller. I've made models and prototypes for my whole career.

Yes, it was a manual mill that the first owner converted. I've been using mills with Proto Trak controlers for about 25 years. I will be getting a mill and converting it to CNC using the latest 2 axsis controller later this year, for my shop at home.
When I retire I will be fabricating for power sports full time. None of this is rocket science, just clean, on time and on budget fabrication.

I did a little work on this ST1300. The owner calls it his STD.

bluezbike,
turns out,
to be able to ride the bike slammed or jacked up we need some chain control.
i had to machine a plastic chain slider that slid over the pivot and extended into the frame notch.

i also purchased a www.monstercraftsman.com/powell-peralta-...-on-chain-tensioner/
which i used with a couple small mods,to control the lower chain run.

i also used a skateboard wheel to act as a solid mounted upper roller so that when the bike was slammed it rolls on it.

built and installed an electrical under tray to mount the battery and whatever else on.

and shaped the seat pan and got it fitted and mounted,

had to shorten the kickstand so when the bike was slammed it sat properly.

Outrageous work as always Leon.......riding that bike would make me dizzy though with all the permutations of ride height, but WOW, nice and clean. I especially like the inner plastic slider solution in the middle of the chain.
