Looks good Leon. I assume it will have a fiberglass tail/bubble behind the seat? Looks like that will be about the only spot for the compressor....unless you are going to have side shields for the subframe section? Also you can run a tiny Shorai or Ballistic Li-On battery which can be mounted sideways, upside down, he'll even rectal-ly..... Anyways you could hide it anywhere. You also still need to find where the rest of the electrics go as well right?

cory,
fortunately there is a nice spot to hide the compressor above the swingarm pivot in between the frame sides.
i just have to fab the bracket.
the customer has plans to make his own seat/tail combo out of fiberglass.
so he gets to decide what battery and where it will be located.i just have to fab the box and mount it.
same with the elctronics.

Here are the photos of the airbox I made for my 1978 750 twin. It will use a K&N RU2420 or RU2430 filter. there is lots of room for airflow internally. The wall thickness is 3mm. (.118in.).

Below the box where you enter the text of your post is an "Attachments" box. Click add file and then browse till you find the pic you wish to display, Then click the submit button and your picture will be displayed as a thumbnail. To view the thumbnail just click on it and the full size pic will display. Your problem may be with the file size. The upper limit is 2 megs, don't remember the pixels by pixels limitation just now. If you click the insert button your picture will be inserted in your post and will have to be downloaded every time someone else opens your posting. I added some pics of an exhaust baffle in your posts above. Each of you can edit them out.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Bill, I'll try your instructions when I get more time. I'll bet your right about the sizing.... By the way, this is a really GOOD site. I've found nearly every bit of info I need. And if I can't find it I know all I have to do is ask! Thanks for the work all of you do!
