Speed Triple Single Sided Swingarm Installation

- Whats that? Half of my swingarm is missing?!?!?
So, when I got my swingarm, I was smart enough at the time to take distance measurements of the swingarm, shock and linkage mounting points as they relate to each other from the bare frame. I am SOOOOO glad I did that. Without those numbers, I would have had to find a Speed Triple to get angle measurements off of. After figuring out that I indeed had the information I needed, I set about continuing the linkage mount fabrication. The tabs I had already cut out yesterday got cleaned up on the bench grinder. The 1.5" tubing that I had cut longitudinaly got clamped in the vise over some 1" bar stock, and hammered on until it conformed to the 1". Then I measured very carefully and tack welded the parts together. The finished product? Not too bad-

Thanks guys. So now that I have the bottom done, its time to work on the top. Any words of wisdom from the veterans that have done this? So to rephrase, whats the best looking way to fab the top mount?
Add silicone implants and enhance the size if the nipples. then mount it as often as u like.:woohoo:

See we knew that you could mount it all along.
Seriously, how far it the center of the shock eye from the "A-frame" below the seat when centered in the hole in the swingarm?
PS all I did was edit your words here.

3.75" from bottom of the seat rails to the center of the shock eye. What was yours Josh?

Mine is 6.5" below the seat rails and about 2.5" aft of the a-frame behind the motor. I just stole the mounting yoke from the GSXR and with a 1/4" plate welded to the back of the a-frame it came out perfect.
You are gonna have to get real creative when it comes to mounting the battery, fuse box, regulator, rectifier, etc.

TIP: Before copying your battery box dimensions, don't do what I did for had to re-do... Wanted larger amp hour gel battery that is 1/2" taller...DOH! :pinch: Forgot about that one so had to re-do...
Regarding the cross members, what about your carb pods, enough clearance?
