It's about 1" longer. That should help too and not look bad. I love the way it handles stock and 1" longer should make it a little more stable at high speed.

Added a couple temp gussets so I can size it up. Looks like I'll have a lot more cutting to do. :dry:

If I do run this 1" longer swing arm and stock O ring chain is 92 links, How many more links will I need. Chaparral has 92, 94, 96, 98, 100 link chains. I had to buy a 94 and take out two links on the standard chain I'm running now. Wasted a couple bucks but when getting a longer O ring chain and having to cut it, that's real money down the rat hole. :angry:

i'm no help i always measure em with a string and do some math and end up buying 110 link chains and cutting them.
usually too short :sick: dohhh!!!!!!!!!!!

I know what you mean. Better too long than too short. Count the time and gas going to San Berdoo and back plus the aggravation. it would probably be cheaper. I just thought I'd ask.

Schnitz Racing's website says 10 links for every 3" longer of swingarm for a 530 chain.

That may help or may not.

630 links are .750X2 = 1.5" of the 2" needed to be at the 1" over arm. If your 92 link came in tight, go 96, if it came in having at least a 1/2" of adjustment needed go 94, me, go 96 and don't worry!

I was thinking the same thing. If I have to take out two links, it's not that big of a deal, who knows, it might be 95. :pinch:

You're right, 1/2 link isn't a good idea. 92 starts me out at the beginning of the adjustments. When the time comes I can use my old chains to get a count allowing for "stretch" wear.
