First Permanent ride the Z1R since Dec1977 (220,000km) as of June 2015
Second permanent bike 1989 FJ1200 dyno'd 140RWH, great bike.
Third ride is now the Frankenstein 1981 GPZ1100B1, 1983 fully recon motor fitted LOVE THIS BIKE

Ok, I've rescanned my designs, some were faded so if it looks crappy - it probably is
first is the calliper bracket.
Second is the R6 disc adapters, I used 2006 model 300 mm 6 hole mtg discs or earlier, 2007> are 310mm 5 hole mtg

Ok found the problem, my files were too big. I have photographed the pictures so I hope you can understand them.
First in the calliper holder (right hand side picture)
Second two are for the R6 discs
The following picture shows the outside measurement between discs, make sure yours matches or re calculate the adapter dimensions to suit

I have two pictures of the same disc, I tried to delete one with the 150PCD, the one with 108 PCD is correct.

Yes I do get full steering and the damper goes to the end either way.
It took a while to get the right position to prevent it hitting the oil cooler.
Looks nice but a pain to setup. On the positive side it works extremely well.

Something else I forgot to mention, look at the photos carefully
You'll see I had to weld a metal block to the frame. I tried to bolt it
to the frame direct but that didn't work well because I couldn't access
the screws.
