Ok, I've rescanned my designs, some were faded so if it looks crappy - it probably is
first is the calliper bracket.
Second is the R6 disc adapters, I used 2006 model 300 mm 6 hole mtg discs or earlier, 2007> are 310mm 5 hole mtg

Ok found the problem, my files were too big. I have photographed the pictures so I hope you can understand them.
First in the calliper holder (right hand side picture)

Second two are for the R6 discs

The following picture shows the outside measurement between discs, make sure yours matches or re calculate the adapter dimensions to suit

A very sincere Thanks for all your efforts to share this info. :)
Im planning on future brake upgrades , and this will save me tons of R & D..
Question
Are you getting full travel out of your steering dampner when forks are swung to limits of travel ??
Thanks again
Dave

Yes I do get full steering and the damper goes to the end either way.
It took a while to get the right position to prevent it hitting the oil cooler.
Looks nice but a pain to setup. On the positive side it works extremely well.

Something else I forgot to mention, look at the photos carefully
You'll see I had to weld a metal block to the frame. I tried to bolt it
to the frame direct but that didn't work well because I couldn't access
the screws.
